Who should doctors let die in a pandemic?

CHICAGO - Doctors know some patients needing lifesaving care won’t get it in a flu pandemic or other disaster. The gut-wrenching dilemma will be deciding who to let die.
Now, an influential group of physicians has drafted a grimly specific list of recommendations for which patients wouldn’t be treated. They include the very elderly, seriously hurt trauma victims, severely burned patients and those with severe dementia.
You can go ahead and click on the link and read their version. I have a few suggestion I would like to see added:
1. Telemarketers…even those that think they are getting around the NO CALL LIST restrictions by conducting surveys, gathering money for the State Troopers, Vets etc.
2. Health insurance representatives.
3. Oil industry executives and their financial advisors (Bush/Cheney)
4. Gary Coleman
5. The ShamWow guy
6. The Nigerian guy that keeps telling me I have 240 million dollars waiting for me.
7. Roger Clemens
8. Andrew Zimmern (if ain’t dead yet from the stuff he eats, a pandemic might just do the trick)
9. George Clooney (you have been too handsome for way too long…outta the way fool)
10. Paris Hilton (this might be tricky…she might be already sick with some devasating disease)
11. Hugh Hefner (out of pure jealousy)
12. Customer service agents
13. Customer service managers
14. That guy right over there.
